All over the world, French tableware stands as the ambassador of an unparalleled art of living, offering a warm and convivial atmosphere around elegantly decorated, creative, and unique tables.

A Collective approach in the Service of Excellence

Francéclat is proud to support French brands throughout the year by showcasing them at international events and facilitating meetings between buyers and journalists from around the world. On the occasion of the Host Milano fair, a global reference in hospitality and catering, Francéclat will, for the very first time, bring together in a collective pavilion four French tableware houses: the cutlers Atelier Perceval and Claude Dozorme, the Faïencerie de Gien, and Sarah-Linda, specialized in Limoges porcelain. These four brands will share a common stand and present a selection of their most emblematic collections, blending tradition and modernity.

Claude Dozorme

Founded in 1902 in Thiers, the company has never ceased to innovate for over a century, creating ranges of high-quality knives, reflecting both their era and entirely manufactured in France. The company quickly established itself through its creativity and mastery of ancestral know-how. Claude Dozorme is renowned for producing original and daring knives as well as reinterpreting iconic regional models such as Le Thiers and the Laguiole. Claude Dozorme knives can be found on the tables of Michelin-starred restaurants such as Jean-Georges in New York, or Neige d’Été and Pilgrim by chef Hideki Nishi in Paris.

Atelier Perceval

For three decades, Atelier Perceval has been designing and producing high-quality knives. Based in Thiers, the historic capital of French cutlery, its knives embody traditional craftsmanship combined with contemporary and elegant design, merging minimalism and noble materials. Its production remains small-scale, fully artisanal, and customizable. Its iconic knife, the “9.47”, is highly prized by 3-star chefs in Tokyo, New York, and Paris. This knife, combining simplicity and performance, was in fact developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Yves Charles.

Faïencerie de Gien

Founded in 1821 in the Loire Valley, Faïencerie de Gien is a jewel of French decorative arts, renowned worldwide. It celebrates the French art of living through its tableware collections, combining elegance, conviviality, and bicentennial craftsmanship. Its exceptional earthenware and refined decorative pieces have built Gien’s reputation to this day. In recent years, Gien has expanded its presence in luxury hospitality and fine dining. Prestigious establishments such as Le Meuriceand Hotel Alfred Sommier have commissioned bespoke creations, adorned with signature patterns or personalized crests.

Sarah-Linda

Sarah-Linda offers sensual porcelain, handcrafted in Limoges. Rooted in the French Art de Vivre, the brand embodies a passion for fine dining, the beauty of everyday life, and connection with nature. Each piece expresses a balance between refinement, emotion, and simplicity, offering a unique aesthetic and sensory experience. Inspired by life, the table, and the seasons, Sarah-Linda celebrates an authentic and poetic art of entertaining. The brand collaborates with some of the world’s most prestigious chefs and establishments, such as MirazurMarsan*, The French Laundry, as well as The RitzMandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons.

A Shared Ambition: Showcasing French Expertise

Participation in Host 2025 is part of a strategy to conquer international markets and to promote French heritage in the fields of gastronomy and hospitality. Other French brands will also present their collections at the fair, including ARC International, Bernardaud, Déglon, Degrenne, J.L. Coquet, Jean Dubost, La Rochère, Opinel, Orfèvrerie Christofle, Revol, and Terrarías Bonjean.

These century-old houses, as well as more contemporary brands, all continue to preserve and renew French craftsmanship. Visit them in Milan to discover the refinement, innovation, and artisanal know-how that make France shine worldwide.
