Around the world, French tableware embodies a distinctive way of life and serves as an ambassador of the French art de vivre. Francéclat is proud to support French brands throughout the year by showcasing them at major international events and by fostering connections between buyers and journalists from around the globe.

In this context, Francéclat will take part for the third consecutive year in Ambiente 2026, with a pavilion bringing together four cutlery brands: Atelier Perceval and Forge de Laguiole, two well-established names, alongside Le Coq français and Atelier Rosie, two young brands exhibiting at Ambiente for the first time. This year, the pavilion will also showcase selected pieces from three emerging French brands: Atelier Monochrome and Elea Ceramics, two tableware designers, as well as the eponymous glass studio Lucile Viaud.

Atelier Perceval

For the past three decades, Atelier Perceval has been designing and crafting high-quality knives. Based in Thiers, the historic capital of French cutlery, the workshop draws on traditional cutlery expertise while embracing a contemporary and elegant design that combines minimalism with fine materials. Its production is limited, entirely handcrafted and fully customisable. Its iconic knife, the 9.47, is highly regarded by three-Michelin-starred chefs in Tokyo, New York and Paris. Combining understated design with outstanding performance, this knife was developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Yves Charles.

Le Coq français

Founded in 2021 by Pierre-Edouard Morin, Le Coq Français® designs and manufactures 100% of its knives in France, from blade to handle. The brand upholds values of proximity, local production and short supply chains, contributing to the economy of the Thiers region. A specialist in hyper-customisation, Le Coq Français® offers knives that can be entirely unique, reflecting the colours of a shop, a cultural heritage or a specific region. Blending heritage with modernity, its collections embody the excellence of contemporary French craftsmanship.

Atelier Rosie

Atelier Rosie is an artisanal cutlery workshop based in the Bordeaux region, drawing its inspiration from the distinctive charm of the Arcachon Bay. The studio designs and develops its own registered models, entirely handcrafted through a unique savoir-faire and in collaboration with exclusively French partners. The brand stands out for its use of natural or recycled materials, such as crushed oyster shells, as well as regional or precious woods. Each piece is unique and designed to last. Its aesthetic blends tradition, modernity and elegance in a carefully balanced approach, serving both reliability and long-term use.

Forge de Laguiole

Since 1987, Forge de Laguiole, located in the heart of the Aubrac region, has continued the production of the iconic Laguiole knife, a symbol of French craftsmanship. Each piece is handcrafted, respecting ancestral know-how while incorporating carefully selected modern materials, including precious woods, horn, bone, noble metals and rare materials. Recognised both in France and internationally, Forge de Laguiole has established itself as a distinctive signature, constantly seeking the right balance between heritage, the beauty of materials and uncompromising standards of craftsmanship.

And…

In addition to the collective pavilion, other French brands are also exhibiting at the show, including André Verdier, Arc France, Capdeco, Claude Dozorme, Degrenne, Goyon-Chazeau, Jars, Jean Dubost, La Rochère, Montgolfier, Opinel and Sabre…
They can be found across Halls 8, 9, 11 and 12. Visit them for a comprehensive overview of French creativity and craftsmanship.
