Ten years after reinventing the pocket knife as a style accessory, Deejo is expanding its scope. In 2026, the brand makes a double debut with a collection of kitchen knives and a range of table knives designed for everyday use. Particular attention is paid to the needs of the hospitality and foodservice sector.

Building on the success of its Damascus steel Santoku knife, released in a numbered edition of 2,025 pieces and launched in September 2025, Deejo now structures a complete range of kitchen knives. This offer is articulated around three essential blades: a chef’s knife, a Japanese-inspired sankai and a slicing knife. All are forged from German X50CrMoV15 steel. Technical performance goes hand in hand with a strong aesthetic statement, combining solid olive wood handles with engraved tattoos on both sides.

With “Restaurant”, Deejo introduces a range of table knives designed to support intensive use while preserving the functional elegance that defines the brand’s DNA. The polycarbonate and ABS handles are dishwasher-safe and faithfully reproduce the look of noble woods. The micro-serrated blades, available in mirror or black titanium finishes, ensure long-lasting sharpness. Intended for both private customers and professionals, the collection can be personalised from sixty pieces upwards.
The brand completes the offering with magnetic stands, now sold individually. Available in formats suitable for kitchen or table knives, they can be combined thanks to a lateral magnet system.
