Deejo unveils a new masterpiece with a limited-edition Damascus Santoku knife
Deejo takes a new step in its history with the launch of a Damascus steel Santoku kitchen knife, released in 2,025 numbered pieces.

This launch follows the success of the Damascus pocket knife, introduced last year for the brand’s 10th anniversary. The 1,000 pieces sold out within just a few days, confirming the strong interest of both collectors and knife enthusiasts. At the crossroads of Japanese tradition and Western use, this versatile knife is perfectly suited for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, with its wide, slightly curved blade designed for everyday gestures: chopping, slicing, mincing. The “Deejo Santoku” stands out with a 67-layer Damascus steel blade (9CR18 core), featuring a unique wavy pattern created by the interlacing of 304 and 3CR13 steels. This combination guarantees excellent edge retention, remarkable robustness, and a mesmerizing aesthetic. “The balance of the knife, the care given to every detail, and the quality of the finishes embody Deejo’s expertise at its finest,” explains Luc Foin, co-founder of the brand. The knife will be available from October 1, 2025, accompanied by a magnetic stand for display in the kitchen. Retail price: €159.90 (incl. tax).
