Lacor is expanding its offering with several new products dedicated to cooking and food storage.

Its cast-iron “Cocottes” collection is being expanded with two new sizes (Ø 28 cm and oval 33 × 26 cm), as well as a black finish to complement the blue and red versions. Made in a single piece and coated with PFOA-free enamel on both the inside and outside, they ensure even heat distribution thanks to a lid designed to promote self-basting. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, they are available from €65 including VAT. The brand is also launching the “Gourmet” sous-vide low-temperature cooker. Adjustable from 20 to 90°C via a touchscreen, it circulates the water to ensure a uniform temperature and is suitable for all containers up to 15 litres. BPA-free, supplied with a recipe book and available in black or white, it retails from €260 including VAT. The brand’s food storage range is also being expanded with the “Tech” vacuum sealer. Equipped with Vacio Tech technology, a dual vacuum pump and the AutoStep system, allowing up to 200 continuous cycles without overheating, it enables airtight packaging of both solid and liquid foods. Lacor also offers reusable “Liquids/Solids” storage bags, available in three sizes and suitable for freezing, microwave use and low-temperature cooking. The machine retails for €310 including VAT, with bags available from €20.80 including VAT.
